For 40 years Mr. Womack was a principal in the development and management of improved properties consisting of office buildings, hospitals, hotels, parking garages, and retail centers totaling over one million square feet in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and the lower Rio Grande Valley

His family trust has interests in undeveloped Houston properties comprising 22 tracts totaling approximately 2,000 acres. The portfolio also includes an interest in the 50,000 square foot 710 N. Post Oak office building in which Womack Family Group and other related companiesrent offices.

Womack Family Group is actively looking to monetize its undeveloped real estate interests through outright sale or possible joint venture development relationships with seasoned developers.

The Group is also researching senior living care facilities and expects to initiate new projects in this sector which is synergistic to Mr. Womack’s interest in life sciences and medical devices centered on the aging population.
